Adults and children from 3 years old: As
soon as possible, apply a thin layer of Arnicare Gel to the affected region, massaging gently until completely absorbed.
Repeat up to 3 times per day or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
For external use only. Do not use on mucous membranes, eyes, oozing skin disease, infected lesion or wound.
